7. Project Deliverables

Upon completion of a project and full payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Eureka Studios retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

In no event shall Eureka Studios or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
